TERRAINABILITYThe advanced heavy-duty suspension is designed to provide maximum articulation in low speed situations, a balanced feel when trail riding and maximum bottoming resistance at higher speeds. The wide-arc A-arms paired with the FOX® 2.0 iQS shocks deliver 14.2-inches of travel up front and 13.3-inches of travel in the rear. FOX® Intelligent Quick Switch puts the suspension settings in the hands of the driver. By choosing the preferred damping levels from a switch in the cockpit, there's no more getting out of the vehicle to adjust your damping settings!
POWERThe three-position D-Mode combines with Yamaha’s Ultramatic® and On-Command® systems to deliver the perfect balance of engine braking and power delivery for maximum off-road ability. The Wolverine RMAX4 1000 Limited Edition's frame is strengthened for a solid, durable feel while the chassis was designed along with the advanced suspension to provide extra rigidity for challenging conditions. The wheel base had been optimized to provide a balanced feel and provides the best contact-to-ground feel for optimum handling in any terrain.
DESIGNThree piece, easy-to-open door design features a steel inner structure, a molded outer door skin and a molded inner door panel for a quality feel. Robust inner door handles keep the mud out to provide smooth operation, even in challenging conditions. With factory-installed speakers as standard and soft touchpoints for a premium feel, occupants are kept comfortable for all-day adventures. To ease entering and exiting the vehicle, the front doors feature an enlarged opening, 63% wider than previous Wolverine models. Further increasing comfort, the front shoulder bolster shapes were optimized to expand the upper body opening to maintain a great, secure-feeling on the trail for riders big and small.
